A real life project… First of all, a radical choice: leave the Paris region and get closer to the mountains. Then, a visit: La Maison du Hérisson, which, at every push door, has only grown and confirmed our desire to change our lives: a real crush! Finally, a meeting: Sébastien and Margaux, former owners of this jewel and chefs of the « l’Ô des Vignes » !

2021: here we are in the heart of Southern Burgundy, with stars and vines full of eyes! And our “2 little mountains”: the Rocks of Solutré and Vergisson. It’s all there! Bet held!

The quiet of the village, the proximity of renowned winemakers, the Wine Bistrot and the gastronomic restaurant ” l’Ô des Vignes “ … we could only “cruch for it”!

La Maison du Hérisson, a former forge completely renovated, has gradually been transformed into a magnificent atypical dwelling, spacious, warm, full of colours and life. The latest work finalizes its embellishment: playing & restored guest room, the house is waiting for you! It welcomes you in one of these two rooms, fully independent, “Aïko”, “Bala” and “Margo”, for your and our greatest pleasure.
